but i'd recommend to stay in spaces built for it like the protree and to avoid fandom area bc thats where you'd get the most hate ,, avoid talking about ship discourse because that will obviously attract ppl / antis to argue with you ,, and make sure to say that you can tell reality and fiction apart so enjoying and shipping taboo things doesnt mean you support it irl ,, of course that wont stop all the hate but you'll avoid most of it and drama,, if antis still get you just block them 
I had to hide you and ur friends permanently for the sake of my own mental health because I see you and your friends ponies all the time in the Dandy's World area and personally I just can't stand to see it anymore as someone who used to pro/darkship due to my groomer / trauma and is now in recovery but I just wanted to let you know I hope you are able to recover and heal as well one day, from a victim to (presumably) another victim. Please stay safe and take care of yourself , even if it means using coping mechanisms I definitely would not recommend, whatever helps you with your traumas and keep yourself going. Have a good day.

yap time! sorry in advance for the wall of text...
so a bunch of antis started to harass me and my friends because we are proship,, they also started mass reporting us to get us banned over and over </3 so i got suspended like 4times for inappropriate names and language??? my names were just my ships like " .... kisser" and all our texts got taken out of their context as most of them were clips of the hate we got in our whispers.. And since my last suspension all my names are censored...
I swear it piss me off that the staff doesnt care about us being harassed, even sexually harassed for my case and we're still the ones getting banned while we did nothing growlsls, and they know about the harassment as i talked many times with the staff but yeah they dont care 
This also happened to my friend and her names are also muted, she sent an email to the staff and they said they don't wanna appeal for her name at this time,, we sighs
